This software is licensed, not sold. Access may be suspended, expired, or revoked according to subscription terms and platform abuse policy.

1. License Scope

This build is intended for the licensed customer identified by the issued build watermark.
Use is limited to authorized accounts approved by the operator in the Firebase admin workflow.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of this build without permission is prohibited.

2. Subscription and Access

Access is controlled by Cloud Firestore license records and may require manual admin approval.
Subscription validity is based on the stored license expiry timestamp in Firestore.
Monthly renewal may extend access by one calendar month per approval.

3. WhatsApp Connection

Users connect their WhatsApp account by scanning a QR code. Each account is permanently bound to one WhatsApp phone number.
The app stores session data in the configured Firestore tenant path for app functionality.
Users are responsible for keeping their WhatsApp session active and secure.

4. Monitoring and Watermarking

This build may contain visible and hidden watermark identifiers for licensing and leak tracing.
Watermark identifiers may appear in UI, metadata, logs, or stored records.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with applicable laws, messaging platform policies, and recipient consent requirements.
Use for spam, fraud, harassment, or unauthorized messaging is prohibited.
The operator may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or policy violations.

6. No Warranty / Limitation

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Messaging delivery depends on third-party services (WhatsApp, Firebase, network providers).
